Terms and Conditions
Hammars Uniform offers several shipping options, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, local courier, or their related services. Our standard shipping default option is UPS ground. Shipping rates will be presented based on what should be the most efficient option available for your order, but you may elect to use an alternative method of shipping during the ordering process or contact our customer care team to inquire about expedited options and pricing. Shipping rates are estimated to the best of our ability, exact shipping rate will be listed on your final invoice. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.
The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third-party shipping service, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.
Cancellations and Returns
We are happy to cancel any orders that have not started production. Embellished and print items sales are final and non-returnable. We take great pride in our work and client satisfaction, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at 503-667-4911 within 10 days from receiving your order, and review any quality issues or concerns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Credit Card Payment Agreement
Client paying with a credit card hereby authorizes Hammars Uniform to initiate a charge entry on their credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount entered via Hammars Uniform online payment portal. You acknowledge that you are responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my Hammars Uniform Account Number. By submitting an online payment, you agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Hammars Uniform is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount indicated.
